Prior to any design works begin it is important to have an accurate survey that clearly represents all of the features such as buildings and improvements, available services including water, sewer, drainage, power, telecommunication & gas, road & verge features, trees & vegetation, fences and site levels.

Boundary Re-establishment

­A Boundary Re-establishment survey is undertaken by a Licensed Surveyor who will accurately define the true boundaries of a property to allow for the correct position of buildings, retaining wall and fences. A survey certificate is then produced and signed by the Licensed Surveyor for the client.

Building/Zero Lot Wall Setout

As buildings are being built closer to property boundaries to maximise space it is more important than ever to ensure that the building is built in the correct location. As part of our services we offer a building setout once the earthworks have been completed followed up by a visit to accurately locate and position the garage walls & zero lot walls.
